My Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen, organic raspberries

1/2 cup ice

1 cucumber (preferably frozen into chunks)

1/2 zucchini (preferably frozen into chunks)

2 tablespoons collagen powder

1/4 cup coconut water kefir

1 tablespoon coconut cream (I use the Ayam brand)

Sweetener to taste (liquid stevia, honey, maple syrup or a a date)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Additional nutrient dense additions: a knob of ginger, 1 teaspoon camu camu for vitamin C, 1 teaspoon Lion’s Mane and/or ashwaghanda.

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
